Mango Icecream

Finally we got to see one of highest temperature day :) :) :) And didn't want to waste that day without our favorite 'Dessert' having an ICE CREAM. So thought of making Mango Ice cream.

Temperature was excellent and so as Mangoes! So bana dala :) :) :) with all the flavors I got in my mind. And look at the beauty!

With very less ingredients, you can get the best Icecream ever and I can bet on that.

Ingredients:

  • 3 small Mangoes
  • 1 1/2 cup - Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 -3/4 cup - Sugar (Adjust according to taste, I used around 1/2 cup as mangoes were too sweet :) :)
  • 1/2 cup - Milk, cold milk.
  • 1/2 tsp - Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp - Rose Water
  • Tutti Frutti (Optional)
  • Crushed Cashews (Optional)
  • Raisings (Optional)
Method:

Crush the chopped mangoes, milk and sugar in the grinder. Strain it as show in the picture and then add whipping cream, vanilla extract and rose water.  Whisk it well until it is mixed properly. Now place it in a flat rectangle shape container and freeze it for 3 hours.  In this time, clean all the stuff around your kitchen. :) :) :)

Take out from the freezer and break the ice cream with the help of the whisk. And blend it again. Again keep it in the freezer for 1 hour. Repeat the same process for around 3-4 times to get the perfect texture.

Once the process is completed, add the nuts and mix it well. Now take the container, layer the ice-cream first and then add tutti frutti. Adding tutti frutti is optional. You can also add chopped mangoes in between! Freeze it for around 5-6 hours and then it's ready!!!!

Try it out and enjoy the flavor and Have a fun-derful summer :) :) :)

Happy Ice-creaming <3 <3
