This became huge hit and was like by all :) :) Most of the store bought have high content of High Fructose Corn Syrup which is not at all good for children and adults. As +Sujatha Arun mentions in her blog, this is the best thing that can be made at home and serve to all guests, children and old ones :) :)
Let's look at simple and quick Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup - Powdered/Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup - Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp - Corn Starch
- 1/2 tsp - Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 tsp - Ginger Powder (Soonth)
- 1/4 tsp - Nutmeg Powder
Mix all together and Hot Chocolate Mix is ready! Store it in airtight container. To make Hot Chocolate Mix, add 1.5 tsp of Hot chocolate Mix in hot milk and stir well. Serve Hot :) :)
