A big shout to one of my favorite Chef Garima Sarolia Narera for her basic BREAD RECIPE OF WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR which can be found here with the same Method on how she did :) She is one of the best chef and her amazing recipes always motivates me to cook in better way :) :) Thanks a lot Garima for silently motivating me all the time!

Minor Changes in my Ingredients:
  • 1 cup - Maida (All Purpose Flour)
  • 1 cup - Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tsp - Instant Rise Yeast
  • 1 tsp - Salt
  • 2 tbsp - Honey
  • 1/2 cup - Luke Warm Water + 1 tsp of Sugar
  • 4 tsp - Butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp - Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Ground Flax seeds (Add into 3 tbsp of water and mix it well)
Method:
Yeast Mixture - 1/2 cup water + 1 tsp sugar + yeast + honey

Adding all other Ingredients in the Flour and start kneading. Add butter when dough starts forming. Kneading is VERY Important. Knead until dough becomes non-sticky and spring alike :) May be around 15 minutes kneading is important.

Soft dough is ready to get its first rise. Wrap it up or cover it up with the napkin and put it in the warm place like Oven for 1.5 hours minimum to maximum 2 hours.

1st Rise is ready. Now Knead again for couple of minutes and put it in the greased loaf pan for the 2nd rise.  If you want to top up with the Sesame Seeds, Flax seeds - sprinkle it and then do a milk wash on it.

2nd Rise is ready. While 10 minutes are remaining, preheat the oven on 375F and bake it for 25 minutes exact!!!

PRESENTING MY SUPER DUPER HEALTHY BREAD :) :)

Let me know if you face any kind of doubt while making this bread :) :) Till then,

Happy Baking!!!
