Indo-Chinese fusion is always amazing and delicious to eat :) I tried for the first time Gobi Manchurian and turned out yummy :) In my recipes, you will find Ginger and Carrot as I used it due to Medical Issues :) Although, it is optional if anybody do not eat.
Lets' look at Ingredients:
- 1 medium sized Cauliflower florets
For Sauce:
- 2 tbsp - olive or canola or regular oil
- 1 Chopped Ginger
- 1 chopped green chillies
- 3 tbsp - cornflour mixed with 1/2 cup of water.
- 1/4 cup - chopped celery
- 1 cup - big sized chopped capsicum ( I used green and orange)
- 1 tbsp - Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp - sugar
- 2 tbsp - Tomato Paste
- 1/2 cup - water
- Salt to the taste
Batter:
- 1 cup - Maida
- 1/4 cup - Cornflour
- 1/2 tsp - black pepper
- 1/2 tsp - salt
- Approximately 1/2 cup water

Mix the corn starch with water and set aside. |

Now add celery and capsicum for about two minute. Then add all the ingredients for sauce except corn starch, (chili sauce, salt soy sauce, vinegar, tomato paste, and sugar). |

All Purpose Flour batter is ready. Make sure it is not too watery. |

Heat Oil for deep frying. Dip the florets into the batter and then put it in the heated oil. Let it get fry till they are brown or red. |

Mix the florets into the prepared sauce and garnish it with Coriander leaves. |
