I tried making the Paneer Pakoras and turned out super duper yummy and delicious with Coriander Chutney.
Lets' see the Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups - Chickpea flour or Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1/4 cup - coriander leaves
- 4 tbsp - Yogurt/curd/dahi
- Green chilies finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
- Red Chilli powder according to the taste
- Few drops of lime juice
- Salt to the taste
- 1/2 cup - Grated Paneer
- 1 tsp - Eno/Baking soda
- Chaat Masala

Take Besan in a bowl and seive well. |

Add Curd and rest of the all ingredients except PANEER, green chillies AND ENO in the seive flour. Mix well and make a thick batter. Batter should not be watery or of dropping consistency. It has to be thick. |

Grate Paneer in another bowl and mix green chillies into it. |

Heat the pan and grease it with a pinch of oil in all its slots.

Now add ENO in the Besan mix and give it light mix. Add a tablespoon of batter in the slots. And then add Paneer into it. |

Add the batter again above the Paneer and cover it with the lid. |

Flip it on another side and bake it for around 5-7 minutes. Keep checking though. See the ready Pakoras almost ready to eat. |
