Appe Pan's Paneer Pakoda

Who doesn't want to become famous! No wonder vessels are becoming famous too :)
Famous celebrity these days!!! Appe Pan
I tried making the Paneer Pakoras and turned out super duper yummy and delicious with Coriander Chutney.

Lets' see the Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups - Chickpea flour or Bengal Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 1/4 cup - coriander leaves
  • 4 tbsp - Yogurt/curd/dahi
  • Green chilies finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Red Chilli powder according to the taste
  • Few drops of lime juice
  • Salt to the taste
  • 1/2 cup - Grated Paneer
  • 1 tsp - Eno/Baking soda
  • Chaat Masala
Method:
Take Besan in a bowl and seive well.
Add Curd and rest of the all ingredients except PANEER, green chillies AND ENO in the seive flour. Mix well and make a thick batter. Batter should not be watery or of dropping consistency. It has to be thick.
Grate Paneer in another bowl and mix green chillies into it.
Heat the pan and grease it with a pinch of oil in all its slots.

Now add ENO in the Besan mix and give it light mix. Add a tablespoon of batter in the slots. And then add Paneer into it.
Add the batter again above the Paneer and cover it with the lid.

Flip it on another side and bake it for around 5-7 minutes. Keep checking though.  See the ready Pakoras almost ready to eat.
Delicious Pakoras are ready to eat :) :)
