Chinese food is always amazing :) This time it is Fried Rice.
Lets' look at
Ingredients: This will serve 2
- 1 cup - Steamed Rice
- 1/4 cup - chopped beans
- 1/4 cup - chopped brocolli
- 1/4 cup - chopped capsicum (I used green and orange capsicum)
- 1/4 cup - chopped celery
- 1/4 cup - chopped carrots
- 1 -2 tsbp - soy sauce
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1 chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp - olive oil
- Salt to the taste
Method:

Steamed Rice. It should not be fully cooked. |

Heat the oil. Add ginger, chilli and rest of the vegetables for around 3-4 minutes till they are soften. Add salt too. |

Add the steamed rice and soy sauce. Give it a good mix and let it cook for around 2-3 minutes. |
|
All set to serve the Fried Rice :) :) |
