Chinese Fried Rice

Chinese food is always amazing :) This time it is Fried Rice.



Lets' look at Ingredients: This will serve 2 

  • 1 cup - Steamed Rice
  • 1/4 cup - chopped beans
  • 1/4 cup - chopped brocolli 
  • 1/4 cup - chopped capsicum (I used green and orange capsicum)
  • 1/4 cup - chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup - chopped carrots 
  • 1 -2 tsbp - soy sauce
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 1 chopped ginger 
  • 2 tbsp - olive oil 
  • Salt to the taste
Method:
Chopped Veggies 
Steamed Rice. It should not be fully cooked. 

Heat the oil. Add ginger, chilli and rest of the vegetables for around 3-4 minutes till they are soften. Add salt too. 

Add the steamed rice and soy sauce. Give it a good mix and let it cook for around 2-3 minutes. 

All set to serve the Fried Rice :) :)
