Measurements below will make around
10 chillas (as shown the size)
- 1 cup - Moong Daal
- 1/2 cup - Grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- 1/4 cup - Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 finely chopped green chilli
- Few drops of lime juice
- 1-2 tsp of Black Pepper
- Salt to the taste

Wash properly 2 - 3 times and soak Daal for around 2 to 3 hours. |

Grate Paneer (If Paneer is in freezer, then take out before 2 to 3 hours and get it into room temperature) |

Mix Coriander leaves, black pepper, drops of lime juice, salt and chopped green chilli. |

Once mixture and batter is ready, heat the Tava and pour the batter as shown in the picture. |

Add 1 or 2 tbsp of mixture on to it and let it get shallow fry adding little of oil in the sides. |
