- Marie Biscuits – 15 – 20 minutes (In case you don’t have, you can use Parle-G biscuits too)
- Cocoa Powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Powdered Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Milk – 1/4 Cup, although it is used as required.
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Shredded Coconut – 1/4 Cup
- Powdered Sugar – 2 tbsp, if it is plain shredded coconut
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- Pinch of Cardamom Powder
- Make a powder of the biscuits in a blender.
- Sieve the biscuits powder, cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Add the milk little by little to make it as a stiff dough like a Chapati Dough
- For the filling, add ghee, coconut flakes and powdered sugar.
- Now take the dough and roll like how we roll for chapati.
- Spread the coconut flakes filling over the chapati. Now roll it like how we roll for parotha in an aluminium foil and pack it as a chocolate wrapper.
- If it is get cracked while rolling seal it back. Seal the ends.
- Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Cut them into slices and enjoy the yummy rolls :) :)
