Ingredients:
- 1 cup – Maida
- 1/2 Cup – Chickpea flour/Besan
- 1 1/2 - Baking Powder
- Salt – to the taste
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Sugar as per the taste
- 1 1/4 - Zuchhini/Doodhi/Carrot
- 1/2 cup – Yogurt/Dahi
- Ginger – Chilli Paste as per the taste
- 2 tbsp – oil
- Seive Maida, Besan, baking powder together.
- Add all the spices in the seived mixture.
- Now add yogurt and mix well.
- Add water as per the need.
- Pre-heat the oven to 3500F. Grease the cup cake tray and pour mixture with the ice cream scoop.
- Bake it for 35-40 minutes. Check it with the toothpick, if it comes out clean then its PERFECT!
